NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I’ve been fairly happy with Accelerit for the past year and a half but the last few months have been an uphill battle! After an UNAUTHORIZED cancellation of my line (which took 2 weeks to sort out) my internet connection keeps dropping and I am left without internet for days at end. Calling them is no use because it keeps ringing and after countless minutes it goes over to “voicemail.” I am yet to get a callback. And contacting via email also seems to not work - it is day 2 now and I haven’t received a proper reply to assist in fixing the issue. I run my business from home and not having internet has a massive impact on my business! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! This is my last attempt to try and resolve whatever issue they have on their side before taking my business elsewhere!
