Nonsense Accelerit with its VumaTel What so Ever MXM

I have an account with this nonsense service provider, I moved to a new place I was told that I need to report that I will be moving 30 days before they can cancel the internet, fine I paid them for the internet which I did not even have a connection for. Now I am at a new place I have my own box I requested for a new activation, they were very quick to send an invoice for activation which I did pay as well, now they are telling me that VumaTel is failing to activate my box. It's almost a month now without internet and I have paid these ****** who are not doing their job. I am done with this nonsense company. Can I please have my refund? I don't want anything to connect with your company again.
