NONE EXISTING TECHNICICAL DEPARTMENT - EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

I would never recommend this company to anyone even if they offer to pay me. Their service is **** and their favorite lie is waiting for technicians who don't even exist. I reported a technical issue on the 07/09/2025 up to date 09/10/2025, I have sent about 20 emails and called more than 20 times no Technician has ever contacted me or even been to my house to assess the situation, the issue is still not resolved and have shown no interest in my case. all they are good at is billing you for a service not delivered. Its a month now without wifi and they are not even bothered. they just don't Care as long as they get your money....
