Non existent service levels

Accelerit are the weakest and most non performing business in SA outside the SA government. This ISP- or so they call themselves, neither answer calls, respond to tickets taken out, this now for the last 3 consecutive days. Does anyone know if they have gone belly up or whether they think they can survive with no service levels what's so ever- maybe the CEO should resign or they should relinquish their capitalist control prohibiting anyone else to provide a service in our area..
