NON EXISTENT SERVICE FROM ACCELERIT LIVE UNCAPPED

I have been with Accelerit Live Uncapped for around 5 years ... they are an ISP for Fibre connection to residential homes. I have had reasonable service from them over the years but in the recent past and presently they are an absolute nightmare.

They certainly do not provide a satisfactory service and their Call Centre is a disgrace and totally ***********.

As from Friday 22 September to date, I have been without WiFi connection.

I have made a total of 20 calls on Sat 23 Sep to the Call Centre, only to be fobbed off and told that a technician have to attend to the matter at my house.

I made another 6 calls yesterday morning and eventually a Call Agent by name Nhlanhla Hlongwane promised to call me at 16h00 in the afternoon of 26 Sep to sort out my WiFi connection. He lodged a repair ticket 589917 yesterday morning and confirmed it with an email.

He did not phone, as promised, and again I made 11 calls to Accelerit, only once a lady eventually answered and when I asked to speak the Nhlanhla Hlongwane she told me they do not have such a staff memeber. (Despite me getting an email with a repair ticket number from him).

I am now almost a week without WiFi and this constitutes almost 20% of my monthly subscription to Accelerit.

Hopefully this post will prompt some action from Accelerit Live Uncapped.
