No voip, wrong router , cannot fix my request!!!!

Rissal id ***, requesting a voip line, where by I can plug in my Telephone to the router and operate my business as there is no copper cables available, the router sent to m e does not have a tel/port at the back of it , I cannot connect my phone, I was told to download an app to my cell phone and use my cell as voip, why in the world would i want to use my cell???? its a business I need my normal phone that sits on the reception desk to be connected to the wifi router( the one you sent does not have a tel port!!!!!) , you have the audacity to tell me my ticket has been resolved???? how so???? a truley pathetic service , I would not recommend this company to any one, stay away , ps the "technicians" do not answer their phone, you think Telkom is bad , this is worse , only sales answers and they transfer you , where you wait for 20m min, until you give up....then a day later your ticket is solved!!!! where is my voip ???? Can I connect my tel to my router ???? NO
