No TCF accelerit

I am so disappointed with their service ,as a new client this is my 2nd month with their fiber but i don't enjoy ,becouse 1st they installed a wrong router for me it keeps on disconecting now and then ,i was promised that for extra R100 they will deliver another router but they deducted my R190 no one is accounting for already i pay over R500 per month,,😥 they don't want to refund me as ,payment was made,from 6 july till today 13 july no router no cancelation
