No Internet

Please note I am having connection issues. This started last night. I logged a ticket and got no response, my ticket number is 373167. I called in this morning and I was told there is a link down with MFN. I called MFN and they said there is no link down reported.

What is going on as I have no internet right now??? Can someone call me to assist.
