No Customer CARE(*******)

Stay Away from this company at all costs. This company is like most SA companies where they cannot provide the service that they claim to offer, they just collect money. I cancelled my account in August 2021 and now they send debt collectors to collect money for a service that they cannot provide. They still haven't had the decency to call me to ask why i've stopped paying them. Further more it was a month to month contract(pay as you use). It goes on where they billed me in August and September 2021 for no internet service.

In fact to note they are still trying to contact my mum to activate an already un-active unit?
