More down than up, I log tickets and nothing. I send them images of the fibre results to show it is not a fibre issue. no one gets back to you and if you call after 30min the line cuts. What type of business is this? I work from home and I am in the fibre industry. ISP's like this just makes a great solution that is fibre and give them a bad name due to their own nonsense. Definitely start looking for a new ISP and I will make sure my clients does not go with Accelerit.
