Network connection

I have a problem with Accellerit fibre I logged a call this morning before 8 am I still have not received help.I explained in my email that I'm disconnected from the internet and I'm running a business so being disconnected for me is costing me.Its 14h00 now and I'm still offline.Im not happy at all it's inconvenient
