Money ****** out of my account

Since joining accelerit we have had the worst experience with service, we moved from our home and tried canceling a numerous amount of times, we eventually ended up logging a cancelation ticket. Our bill is paid every month by us as per our contract we enter our details and pay manually, this month after canceling they decide to go and debit my account and run my account into the negative. They dont answer their phones and after holding for 30 minutes plus no one can assist
