MNCEDISI NGALI @ ACCELERIT - worste service agent - Disconnects line without confirmation

Hi I would like lay a formal complain against MNCEDISI NGALI - A JUNIOR SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER. Can I please have a manager contact me. MNCEDISI NGALI has disconnected my line without confirmation. I have a new tennant wanting to take out a service with you guys and because it was occupied by my line and with strict confirmation they should wait till the one is cancelled and that will be end March, MNCEDISI NGALI - Failed to adhere to the request and has now had the line disconnected from 1st February and the new tenants are withour fiber (Basicaly forced to take it with Vumatel - Accelerit.) I have been trying to sort out the line with financial implication on my line being disconnected. Please can someone from your company make contact with me or give me feedback. This is a poor reflection of your company as the entire complex contemplated taking out a service by accelerit and guess that wont be happening
