Line upgrade without consent

This company keeps de*****ing me, my fibre line keeps being upgraded without my consent, this happened in 2025 and again now in 2026, Unfortunately for me I have been paying without checking my invoice. However today I wanted to understand the increase in payment and realised that my line was UPGRADED WITHOUT MY CONSENT as of March 2026... Can this be fixed please!!!!
