Lack of Accountability

I have been without internet from the company for over 48hrs. The Call Centre does not answer their phones and when they do answer they will drop the call and never bother to come back to you.

I am paying for a service that I am not enjoying currently. Non of their consultants takes accountability or responsibility. They have also not phoned me back. The call centre agent has emailed me confirming that my query is being resolved.

Until now nothing has been done. I am extremely disappointed as i have been their client for more than 5 years.
