***** ISP

I cancelled my contract with Accelerit in January 2023. 9 months later and they erroneously debited my account. It was confirmed to be erroneous via email by Mpho Modise in accounts and she further said that I would be refunded. I have emailed her back everyday since requesting when this would be done but have to date had no replies. I have spent the entire morning on the phone trying to get through to her but not one of my calls was answered. I also contacted the ISPA to lay a complaint, which they are not a member of as that would mean they'd need to be held accountable for their ***** business practices. I cannot stress this enough, do not under any circumstances sign up with them.
