INTERNET SERVICE STOPPED WORKING SINCE SATURDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER

My internet service stopped working on Saturday 30th, September. I have rebooted the device countless times but it is still not working. I also called the Call Centre 2nd, October and the customer support confirmed that a technical agent will come lookout the problem and fix it but up till now I haven't seen any technical support. The Call Centre does not answer their phones anymore and when they do answer they will drop the call. I am paying for a service that I am not enjoying currently. Non of their consultants takes accountability or responsibility. They have also not phoned me back. This has stalled my operations and I have been unable to carry out my work duties as I work remotely. God-forbid I loose my job I will hold Accelerit responsible for there *********** and unable to deliver utmost service.
