Internet connection not working

They have a pathetic service it’s actually non existent they don’t reply they don’t call you when you ask them to, it’s been 16 days without the internet connection and noone is coming back to me with feedback or with a timeline of when they will fix it whoever gets the ticket just passes it to the next person and no one wants to take ownership. They don’t even deserve the 1 star rating they deserve nothing
