I signed up for a contract of R283 a month for fibre

I signed up for a contract of R283 a month for fibre . I received my invoice which is due on the 1st of July 2025 Invoice shows R 283 . Statement shows +-R450 or so . I intintially signed up for 15/15 mbps which is R283 amonth .Without my.pemission the speed was increased to 30/30 mbps thus the monthly premium due on 1 July 2025 is showing app R450 , which I did not sign up for neither did I give any agent permission to increase the speed . No prior notice sent.out . I only look at my invoices at the end of each month so payment can be made by myself and this was the discrepancies I picked up on . Unfair on the customers .... Why offer packages below cost then realize other fibre companies are charging a much higher monthly premium . It's all about business and making money, it's never about making a customer happy
