Horrible service (Don’t waste your time and Money)

I signed up with this service provider on the 14 December 2022. They say installation/set up takes 14days to have you up and running (this is a lie) . It is the 28th January today and still no service after multiple calls and service tickets submitted. They don’t get back to u in a reasonable time it takes minimum 1week for them to answer and even then it’s no help. When you call all they do is blame each other . It’s always the last person should have told u this and that it’s never a straight story. I regret singing up with them . If u don’t want to waste your time and money please don’t go with these people.
