Horrible service

In July I got accelerit Technologies to provide me internet services as I work from home. Everyday during the day the internet is off religiously and when I call in to complain about it, the customer service is extremely unhelpful and in once case, they hung up the phone on me. I calle in again at 10h00 the call center agent promised to call me with feedbck, by 13h00 no feedback was given so I logge a ticket. Its mow 17:22 and the ticket I logged has still not neen resolved.
