HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is by far the worst internet service provider I have every dealt with, they don't bother to call or support users till the matter has been resolved. As tenants at the complex, we experience down time almost every single day an they don't seem to care. Every time we log issues , they just close the ticket after they respond and assume the matter has been resolved. we have raised multiple tickets in the past they do not seem to bothered
