HORRIBLE SERVICE

Recently, we were advised that cables were going to be installed with regards to fibre in our complex. MONTHS has gone by and every single I call, I get promised that our blocks cabling will be installed EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. Unless we call and find out what the progress is on the cabling, they will not make contact with their customers and give them feedback on the cabling, instead, its easier for them to close tickets without a solution or feedback. This service is disgusting!!! I even spoke to a manager once by the name of Lelethu and also promised me that it would be done, needless to say, that it would never be done.
