Horrible and disgusting service

4 days later I still don’t have internet connection and no one from accelirit has bothered to call to resolve the issues, yesterday alone I made 7 calls to your support team and I was put through several departments and no one could tell me what is wrong with my internet connection, your service to your customers is extremely disgusting and unacceptable

Been calling your service centre since Sunday the 3rd and still not getting resolution

I have been a customer since the 1st November and in November alone I had issues with the internet for 4 days, December I only had internet on the 1st and second December
