********** service(Worst ISP)!!

I am not one to complain, however, this user experience cannot go unmentioned. The ********** service I received or rather no service at whatsoever. I have been on calls with Accelerit Fibre ISP for two months trying to get my network up and running,till today it has not been resolved. Every other day I would be getting a different story from a different consultant and yet neither resolving my issue. For the past two weeks I have been calling,their phones never answered,get placed on hold till the phone cuts off.

They were very quick to debit my account for a service they are not even providing and yet very relaxed or rather indifferent to the fact that I have no internet and so it's been for the past two months. At this point I would never recommend their services to anyone as I have had the most revolting experience. Worse, I cannot even get them on the phone to get my refund for services not rendered.

I have been in contact with a few of their consultants, to name a few : 1) Delight Maposa 2) Carson Kanji 3) Mathapelo Tseole 4)Tlotlo

All I have ever received from all of them above it them asking my what my problem was and never actually resolving it.
