Horrible service. Literally the worse thing ever to hit a consumer since pyramid schemes. The downtime, inconsistent speeds, poor customer service, cryptic messages to terminate, wanting router back after a year? They have slow responses to ticket logging, no accountability, no urgency, their website for specifying downtime is not even up to date. Guys dont waste your time! You have no idea what mess I got myself into
