********** company and false advertising

This company is the worst service provider out there. They market and sell a 20mbps line but provide you with an "Accelerit router" which can only put out a 5mbps speed line. I spoke to them about this and they rep**** that i must just buy a new router. This is unacceptable. The product provided is inadequate to perform the function it was sold to do.
