They have literally billed me for the wifi without even installing it. To make it worse I did not even approve debit mandate in my bank. Now they telling me they cannot refund me. Support keeps hanging my calls, my tickets are closed without even consulting me. This is ***** at it finest. 1 star rating is generous to this company. Absolute disaster. Not even sure if my bank details are safe with this guys anymore.
