***** and THEFT

This company is a complete bunch of ******, I have sent an email/logged a ticket stating that we have left the complex we were living in and no longer need their service as they TOLD us to do. Every month we received an invoice that you would need to click on to pay and put in the card you would like to pay from , we then received an OTP from our bank, this morning Accelerit TOOK money off of our account without following the above steps, we did not receive an OTP nor is it a debit order, as it is a prepaid service , meaning if i don't pay i don't get internet. HOW THE HELL DID YOU JUST TAKE MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT NOW AND MY MONEY RETURNED. When we inquire about this we get the run around and nobody knows where anyone else is in the company.

Your 'company' is a bunch of *****S and ****** . I will never recommend you to anyone and I would suggest those that are with you LEAVE immediately.
