***** and ******* money debiting! Refuse to refund

We have been with acceletir for a week and we had to make payment to acceleriit and now they've been going into our account and debiting money ********ly. They have now taken 2 amounts of R785 and refuse to refund. Lapho we needed to get items for our baby.... Why didn't anyone warn us about them?
