Fiber outage for 4 plus day and counting, No ETA on when the connection will be resorted or what the issue pertain to. No updates on ticket log and status page.

I call and spoke to few operators, on of them was Seerane Phologo and let my details will no updates.

I have been spending extra money on mobile data that very costly.

This outage impacted the whole build and multiple units are with out connection and no urgency was show.

All efforts was made from the customers side and not the ISP.
