False speed promises on fibre connection

Having signed up for internet speed package of 50Mb up and 5 mb down, i am no where near these speeds. At best on testing im getting 20mb up.

I feel im being ignored and continuously told the speed is correct.

I don’t believe them or trust them to resolve this and am lookjng at moving on
