False advertising

I looked around for Fiber and I chose to use Accelerit, I looked at the package I wanted and it said that there is a once off fee R49 and free installation. The called me last week and they said I have to pay R1793 for the ONT before they can Install the Fiber, I asked them why I should pay because it said free installation and there was nothing in the Emails that was sent to me about paying R1793. They just say no you have to pay this, I told them it is false advertising and they just don't give a F#%@. They recently changed amount on the website but this was before that was changed.
