Extremely unprofessional! My network has been down for four days, and after several calls being bounced between accounts and sales, there’s still no solution. I paid for a line, and it took weeks plus multiple calls just to have it linked to my number. After paying for a few months, I’ve now discovered that my number isn’t even registered in their system—yet my name appears on the invoice. I’m seriously considering switching back to Rain, even if it costs more.
