Extremely Bad Service

Accelerit has become the most useless internet service provider. Quick to answer sales and accounts calls but never answer for technical support. They dont respond to technical related emails. I've been struggling for over 2 weeks now with internet and also getting ahold of them. I've logged in calls, sent emails and tried calling and got zero response.
