Execellent service from multiple Accelerit staff

I have not been with these guys for long. However, i almost did not chose them as my Fibre ISP after reading the reviews from others. Everything that i have experienced so far is the opposite of the negative comments that i received. I switched from another ISP to them and was worried about how things would go, but everything was explained nicely to me by the person that signed me up (Mathapelo). I had queries about an invoice that i received and which i had paid. The invoice issue was resolved quickly and my account credited with the amount i overpaid by, within a few hours of my query. I received my router much earlier than i expected, plugged it in and everything worked without any issues. I received multiple calls checking whether things were working smoothly. Everything has been excellent and hassle free and i would DEFINITELY recommend them without any hesitation. Their service is 300% better than what i received from my previous Fibre ISP.
