Excellent Service

Good afternoon to whom it may concern.

I am writing this email to highly commend Mcedisi for the most Outstanding service.

I had a huge problem with having been invoiced incorrectly and had my service suspended.

This young man went out of his way to calm me down and kept me on the line making sure that he committed to assisting me.

Going above his call of duty as Sales to sort out an Accounts issue. As well as sorting out my connectivity with getting the relevant staff involved to assist me.

He told me to please call him back if I still did not get connectivity so that he could personally sort it out.

The time the technical person called me all was taken care of and I had connectivity again.

When he returned my call I could not thank him enough for his outstanding service.

I even spoke to his Supervisor to commend him for having this young man on his team.

Please as a new client I feel that this young man should be rewarded.

This young man truly gave me the comfort, that I have made the right decision to join Accelerit as a service provider.
