Excellent After Sales Support team

Recently I experienced a technical issue where my fibre internet was down. I called Tech support at Accelerit and, although the matter wasn't resolved immediately, they didn't stop until it was.

I don't think any ISP is without downtime or errors but the way Accelerit have handled my support queries is top-notch.

I have fibre, VoIP, and multiple websites hosting with them now.

I can definitely recommend them.
