Empty Promises and Extremely Bad Service

Accelerit is a Joke... mickey mouse company that doesn't take business seriously.

after giving 2 weeks notice to install my router on a Friday afternoon. they never pitched. After calling them they promised the router will be delivered via courier on Monday morning. Monday came and went so i called them again on Tuesday, They then promised it will be delivered via courier the same day, surprise surprise they never pitched. so i called again on Wednesday. i was then promised the direct manager will deliver the router themselves on Thursday morning at 08h30. Today is Thursday, I spoke to a lady from Accelerit this morning and she confirmed I will definitely have the router today but it will be after 11AM. After making a special arrangement to ensure that someone will be available to whole day to take delivery of said router. It is now 6PM and AGAIN THEY DIDN'T PITCH. I'm tired of begging them for a router and them constantly promising that it will be delivered tomorrow and not delivering on their promises. Makes me wonder what kind of service i can expect from them in the future.

I would highly recommend that anyone looking into this company, STAY AWAY unless your are willing to test your own patients. I have decide to cancel both my business and home fibre and rather go with someone more reputable, even if i have to pay more.
