DUPED ON EXCELLENCY BUT SERVICE SUCKS

I have been waiting since 5 January for this company to sort out my internet. i called 5 times today and hold on for more than 15 minutes at at time to speak to a service consultant. or manager. I moved homes and because of bank service i received from Afrihost, i searched another company to be the service provider and came accross accellerit. whom sell themselves as high standing, yet the service is less than high standing. i have been unable to generate an income, so effectively i wont be able to pay my rent, my childs school fees and being a single working parent, not put food on the table . they dont even reply to my emails. let us hope the service from them going forward will be better
