Double Debit needs to be credited

Good day, On 2 September 2024, I was double debited a total amount of R803 x 2 = R 1,606. I made payment on the Invoice to the amount of R803 on 30 August, but I was still debited TWICE again. I explained this to the agent on the call, and also on the ticket on 6 Sept, but a refund of ONLY R803 was credited to me on 8 Sept. The second amount of R803 is still outstanding, and needs to be credited to me immediately! I have attached my statement which clearly shows the amount of R 803 go out of my account THREE TIMES!!
