Don't Use This Company!!!!!

The Worst Company to work with, they charge you for months where you didn't even used their internet. the account wasn't paid because I lost the bank card now and card number change, Now I'm asking them to re-connect they telling me to pay for a month that I didn't use the internet. That's not treating Customers Fairly. This one I'm definitely taking to the Ombudsman.
