Don't use Accelerit/Evotel

Terrible service. We have paid for the month of June they now say we have an outstanding balance of R1000+ from previous 2 months. However we have opted for a fiber prepaid deal . They now holding us to a contact. Our invoice Clearly shows 0.00 balance but they refused to reconnect. These people are con artists. We have also requested recordings of when we agreed to a contract. They said they don't keep recordings of the conversations . We have been trying to contact the manager , the accounts department cuts us off!!!!!
