Does anyone have a good review for Accelerit

I wanted to sign up with Accelerit - their FTTH prices are more competitive than most other ISP's. Just concerned by the many bad reviews on HelloPeter. Is there a telecoms watchdog that intervenes on behalf of dissatisfied consumers.
