DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY - THEIVES - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT - PATHETIC COMPANY

If you are looking for a good ISP for Fibre - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give them negatives stars I would. Firstly, when you ae a new customer, they are happy to assist you and get you on board but not without the pains of you having to constantly follow up on your order. No one in that business seems to know what they are doing. THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE!!! You call with an issue for your line, you have to call a few times because they just don’t answer or during trading hours the line goes to a voicemail, the people who do eventually answer sound completely uninterested, just greet with a dead hello. You tell them your issue, its either they don’t know and say log a ticket or they will transfer you and the call gets cut! You log a ticket, IT DOES NOT GET A RESPONSE – FOR OVER TWO WEEKS! THEY ARE *******!!!!!!! I first migrate a line, if I did not actually liaise with Metro Fibre (last mile provider) my line would not have moved – the ticket was logged with Accelerit. They responded to my ticket a month later when I had concluded the migration myself with the help of Metro Fibre. They then continue to double bill me for two lines – log a ticket, IT IS NOW 3 MONTHS!!! I also logged a cancellation, 30 days’ notice after I logged a ticket for the double billing. ZERO RESPONSE!!! EVEN THOUGH I CONTINUE TO RESPOND ON THE TICKET BECAUSE CALLS DON’T GET ANSWERED! I had another line which service was terminated in January; THEY ARE STILL BILLING ME!! There is no way to remove your credit card details to avoid them from *****ing your money. I have now had raise the issue with my Bank and further cancel my card and get a new one so that they cannot ***** my money for products that I do not have. I have also now had to go the legal route because they have taken R4398 out of my account! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – THEY ARE THEIVES, ***********, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO SUPPORT – COMPLETELY HOPELESS!!!
