Do not trust accelerit!

My fibre connection with accelerit keeps dropping, now its dropped, reported the issue but no one responded. Tried calling in but no one in the technical dept is answering. Surprisingly sales answers calls so they can rip more people off. A technician was booked to come sort out my fibre connection but surprisingly my ticked which I logged was closed. When I mail to enquire about this, I get no explanation. I am only told that a new ticket has been open. This new ticket could well be closed too like the first one. I have been without fibre, which I have fully paid for, for the past couple of days and it is clear that Accelerit does not care about that.

If you are looking for a reliable internet service provider, do not go for accelerit. Rather go with a more expensive service provider with which you will at least get value for your money.
