DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ACCELERIT

I do not recommend accelerit. I suggest that you consider alternative isp's. Accelerit throttles speeds between 5pm and 11pm daily. I've been complaining for more than 5 months about this drop in speed. On a 50 line I will get less than 2mbps download. The upload speed is always stable. They do not take responsibility, no feedback or call backs waiting since the 20th March for a promised call from a manager. They tell you its the FNO, you contact the FNO who says it's the isp. It's been a back and forth cycle. They will test your speed during the day and say connection is up no issues found. Social media is full of complaints from other users with the same. You can't even cancel the service because they removed the option from their website, further more you will endless for accelerit to release your line. I use the Internet for work specifically during 4pm and 1am, most of my shift is unpaid because the speed is so low. They care, even when you send the required tests for their engineers to see where the fault is, nothing happens. So please don't be stuck with the accelerit like me. Save yourself the stress
