Disgusting service!!!

THE WORST EVER!!!!!! From the beginning till now!!!! Poor customer service is an understatement!!! I got the router with hopes that it will help with my academics but when i needed it the most it stopped working. I called several times she i finally received help i was fed up. I cancelled and its been 2 months since i asked them to collect their router yet they lie instead and claim that they cant get ahold of me. They threaten to let me pay for the router which i fail to understand. Im fed up with acceleroi!!!
