Disappointing service

This is an absolutely terrible internet service provider. There is literally no support. You call their helpline and you stay on the line for 15 min with no answer then someone who's been dodging your call for the last 15 min cuts you off. So you call again and they do the same. I took out a contract with them and theres no service now for 2 months which i paid for. Logged a ticket on their support and they just say it looks like its working from what we can see , and they close the ticket. This is a bunch of very lazy employees. When you sign up with them they don't evn deliver the router to you. You have to pick it up yourself or pay for an Uber delivery to pick it up from them. Avoid this ISP at all costs.
