Debit orders continue non stop after logging the cancellation call

I logged the call for damaged cables for Accelerit they took 2 weeks to give me feedback in September. I then asked to cancel the contract now they want to pay R593. 00 in December for something I last used in September.

Dont take Accelerit fibre they are ******
